The distilleries can be differentiated based on the type of feedstock used. They are using mainly two types of feedstock- Sugar (Molasses, B- heavy molasses and Cane Juice) and Starch (Rice, Maize, Millets, Sorghum, Wheat etc).
Enzymes, Yeast and Efficiencies booster have been widely used in distillery for various benefits likes conversion of starch into sugar & sugar into alcohol, increasing the yield and efficiencies by utilizing various components, minimize the residuals and cost beneficial.
ALCO–MAX G (GRAIN FERMENTATION EFFICIENCY BOOSTER)
ALCO–MAX G is a combination of specific microelements and selective enzymes that rapidly attack bacteria that are harmful in fermentation without attacking the yeast, enzymes or other desirable mash components. Developed to increase the ethanol yield thereby streamlining overall process efficiency and increasing the fermentation efficiency.
FERMVEL (GRAIN FERMENTATION YEAST)
FERMVEL is a high alcohol tolerance active dry yeast, specially designed using selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae species that has been developed and optimized the process of Fermentation to produce a higher concentration of Beverages Alcohol and Fuel Ethanol in a controlled way to utilize higher solids. This specific strain of yeast allows a faster propagation with a higher cell count resulting in achieving higher fermentation efficiency and yield.
DISTIZYME ATA 140 (Alpha-amylase for Ethanol production)
DISTIZYME ATA 140 enzyme contains a thermo-stable starch hydrolyzing alpha-amylase that is produced by a genetically modified strain of Bacillus licheniformis. DISTIZYME ATA 140 is an endo-amylase capable of randomly hydrolyzing the alpha-1,4-glycosidic bonds of amylose and amylopectin unit in starch.
Benefits:
DISTIZYME GA (Saccharifying Enzyme for Ethanol production)
DISTIZYME GA enzyme contains 1,4-alpha-D-glucan hydrolyase, which is referred to as glycoamylase and bacterial pullulanase. Glucoamylase catalyzes the release of glucose units from the nonreducing ends of soluble dextrins by hydrolyzing both linear and branched glucosidic linkage while pullulanase hydrolyzes only the branched glucosidic bonds. DISTIZYME GA is a blend of enzymes produced by controlled fermentation of genetically modified strains of Bacillus licheniformis and Trichodermareesei.
Benefits:
Increased fermentation rate
